Applications

Used in motors & generators: As slot insulation / Closure, phase insulation / overhang, interlayer insulation Core insulation for dry type transformers: As layer insulation for coils as well as core & cover insulations, Conductor Insulations. For choke coils, conductor & shaped components. We also undertake fabrication activities.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

P.C. Laminations GARFLEECE B (F) laminates are composites of polyester fleece on either side of Polycoster film glued together with excellent quality thermosetting adhesive. Polyester film's high electrical & mechanical strength are complemented by good impregnating properties of the polyester fleece.

GENERAL SIZES

Rolls of 910 MM. Tapes of width 8 MM above. Composites produced in various thicknesses ranging from 0.13 mm to 0.45 mm. We also supply fabricated components.
